Service Description
Available for practices in the Las Vegas metro area only. This is a working session, not a discovery call and not a sales pitch. Before we meet, you submit your practice data through the intake form. Allison reviews it before the call starts so the 90 minutes are spent on diagnosis and direction, not on getting up to speed. This is the same working session as the remote version with one addition. Allison reviews your revenue data before the call and conducts a walkthrough of your physical space and workflow. What she sees in your operation in person adds a layer of diagnosis that numbers alone cannot provide. You leave with a written 3-step action plan delivered within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to the Zentara Group Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy. • Paid Sessions: Rescheduling requires 24+ hours notice for a one-time credit (valid for 30 days).
